তাবলীগের মাগরিব বাদ বয়ান করার নিয়ম
ভাই ও দোস্ত বোজর্গ আল্লাহ পাকের এহছান ফজল ও করম, আমরা বিভিন্ন গোত্রের লোক একত্রিত হয়ে মাগরিবের ফরজ নামাজ আদায় করেছি এবং তার পর দ্বীনের এক ফিকির নিয়ে বসতে পেরেছি, তার জন্য আমরা আল্লাহর শোকর আদায় করি, সকলে বলি আলহামদুলিল্লাহ।
আল্লাহ তায়ালা কোরআন পাকে এরশাদ করেন (লায়িন শাকার তুম লা-আজিদান্নাকুম, ওয়ালায়িন কাফার তুম ইনøা আজাবি লা-শাদীদ)। আমার নেয়ামত পেয়ে যে নেয়ামতের শোকর গুজারী করে আমি তার নেয়ামত বাড়িয়ে দেই এবং যে নেয়ামতের অস্বীকার কওে আমি তার নেয়ামত ছিনিয়ে নেই ও আজাবে গ্রেপ্তার করি।
সমগ্র মানব জাতির সুখ শান্তি সফলতা কামিয়াবী আল্লাহ তা’আলা একমাত্র দ্বীনের মধ্যে রেখেছেন। দ্বীন জিন্দেগীতে তখনই প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে যখন তার জন্য মেহনত করা হবে। সুতরাং যে কেহ খাছ নিয়তে নিজের জান মাল, সময় নিয়েক আল্লাহর রাস্তায় বের হয়ে ছহী তরিকায় মেহনত করবে ইনশাআল্লাহ অতি সহজেই তার মধ্যে পূরা দ্বীনের উপর চলার যোগ্যতা পয়দা হবে। দ্বীন আল্লাহর নিকট বড়ই মাহবুব। দ্বীন দুনিয়ার বুকে দাওয়াতের মাধ্যমে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়েছে। দাওয়াত হচ্ছে ঈমানের মেহনত। হযরত ইছা (আঃ)-এর পরে ছয়শত বৎসরের উর্দ্ধে দাওয়াতের কাজ না থাকার কারণে বাইতুল্লহর ঘওে ৩৬০ টি মূর্তি উঠেছিল, আবার তারাই ঈমান আনার পর মূর্ত্তিগুলো বের কওে দিয়েছিল।
আল্লাহ পাক কোরআনে বলেছেন “দুনিয়াটা আখিরাতের ক্ষেত স্বরূপ”। দুনিয়ার জীবন হল কামাইয়ের জায়গা আর আখিরাত হল ভোগের জায়গা। কামাইয়ের জায়গা হল মানুষ যেখানে কষ্ট করে। কৃষি, চাকুরী, ব্যবসা হল কামাইয়ের জায়গা। আর ঘর বাড়ী হল ভোগের জায়গা। এখন কামাইয়ের জাযগায় যদি কেউ কষ্ট না করে ভোগ বিলাসে মত্ত থাকে তাহলে বাড়ি ফিরে সে কিছুই ভোগ করতে পারবে না। ঠিক তেমনি দুনিয়া হল মুমীনের জায়গা। যে দুনিয়াতে কষ্ট করে ঈমান আমল বানাবে, সে মহা আনন্দে আখিরাতের বাড়ি ফিরে মনে যা চায় তাই সে ভোগ করবে। আর দুনিয়াতে যে কামাই না করে, কেবল ভোগের চিন্তা করবে, আরাম আয়েশের চিন্তা করবে, তাবে আসল বাড়ি আখিরাতে খালি হাতে ফিরে কেবল কষ্টই ভোগ করতে হবে।
আল্লাহপাক মানুষ সৃষ্টি করেছেন তার ইবাদত বন্দেগী করার জন্য। আর আল্লাহপাক ১৭,৯৯৯ মাখলুক সৃষ্টি করেছেন পত্যক্ষ ও পরোক্ষভাবে মানুষের খেদমতের জন্য আর মানুষকে ঐশ্বর্য্য ও সম্পদের মধ্যে শান্তি, কামিয়াবী সফলতা রাখেন নাই। শান্তি, কামিয়াবী সফলতা রেখেছেন ঈমান ও আমলের মধ্যে। যে ৫টি বস্তুর জন্য মানুষ সব সময় আকাংখিত, এই ৫টি জিনিস আল্লাহপাকের কুদরতি হাতে, যা আল্লাহ পূরণ করবেন কালকিয়ামতে। মানুষ শত চেষ্টা করলেও তা হাছিল করতে পারবে না। এই বস্তু হইল ঃ
(১) অনন্ত জীবন (২) অনন্ত যৌবন (৩) কোমল শয্যা সুরম্য বিশিষ্ট বাড়ি (৪) খাদ্য সামগ্রী (৫) সুন্দর সুন্দর নারী।
তাশকিল করার নিয়ম
আল্লাহপাক বলেছেন আমার হুকুম ও রাসুলের তরিকামতে দুনিয়াতে বসবাস করে ঈমান ও আমল তৈরী কর। তাহলে আখেরাতে চাহিদার জিন্দেগী পূর্ণ হবে। না দেখা বস্তুও উপর বিশ্বাস আনার নাম হইল ঈমান। ঈমান দুনিয়ার কোথাও কিনতে পাওয়া যায় না। ইহা হাছেল হবে একমাত্র দাওয়াতের মাধ্যমে। দাওয়াত থাকবে, তো দ্বীন থাকবে, তো দুনিয়া থাকবে। দাওয়াত থাকবে না, দ্বীন থাকবে না। দুনিয়াও থাকবে না। আল্লাহপাক দুনিয়ার নিজাম ভেঙে দিবেন। আল্লাহপাক আমাদেরকে অতি অল্প সময়ের জন্য দুনিয়াতে পাঠিয়েছেন। এই সামান্য সময়ের মধ্যে ঈমান আমল তৈরির জন্য জান, মাল সময় নিয়ে ১ চিল্লা ৩ চিল্লায় আল্লাহর রাস্তায় বাহির হওয়ার জন্য কে কে রাজী আছেন খুশি খুশি বলেন।
বাদ মাগরীব বয়ান - ২
আলহামদুলিল্লাহ ! আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামীনের লাখো-কোটি শুকরিয়া যে তিনি আমাদেরকে মুসলমান হিসেবে,শেষ নবীর উম্মত হিসেবে পৃথিবীতে পাঠিয়ে সম্মানিত করছেন ! মেহেরবানি করে আমাদেরকে শ্রেষ্ঠ নবীর শ্রেষ্ঠ উম্মত হিসেবে বাছাই করছেন !
আজ আমাদের পরিবারে আমাদের সমাজে দীনের সঠিক চর্চা না থাকার কারণে,দীনি আলোচনা না থাকার কারণে,দীনি শিক্ষার অভাবে মানুষ দীন ইসলাম থেকে কত দূরে সরে যাইতেছে ! দলে দলে এই উম্মত জাহান্নামের দিকে চলে যাইতেতে ! কিন্তু আফসোস ! দুনিয়াকে পাবার জন্য তাদের মধ্যে যেই প্রতিযোগিতা দেখা যায় তার বিন্দুমাত্রও দীনের জন্য দেখা যায়না ! জান্নাত আমরা সবাই চাই কিন্তু তার জন্য মেহনত করতে আমরা রাজি নই !
সাহাবী আজমাইনগণ ৯-১৩ বছর ইমানের পেছনে মেহনত করছেন,ইমানকে শিখছেন,ইমানকে বানায়ছেন l তারা প্রথমে ছিলেন দায়ি এর পর আলেম তারপর আবেদ l আর বর্তমানে আমরা আগে হই আলেম এরপর আবেদ ! দায়ী ওয়ালা সিফত আমাদের মধ্য থেকে হারিয়ে যাইতেছে ! ফলে মক্তব-মাদ্রাসা,খানকাগুলো তো আবাদ হচ্ছে কিন্তু মসজিদ খালি ! মসজিদে মুসল্লি নাই ! সমস্ত পাপাচার আর অশ্লিলতার যায়গায় মুসলমানের উপচে পড়া ভিড় ! কিন্তু মসজিদে তারা আসতে পারতেছেনা !
কিছু মানুষ দীনি প্রতিষ্ঠানে যেয়ে বা আলেম-উলামাদের সংষ্পর্সে থেকে দীন শিখতেছে,কিছু মানুষ হক্কানি পীর-মাশায়েখ এর হাতে বাইয়াত হচ্ছে কিন্তু এছাড়া যে বিরাট জনগোষ্ঠি মসজিদে আসতে পারতেছেনা,দীন শিখতে পারতেছেনা, যারা বিভিন্ন জরুরত বা হালতের কারনে মসজিদ বিমূখ হয়ে আছে তাদের কি হবে !? কে তাদের মসজিদমুখি করার চিন্তা-ফিকির করবে ?? কে তাদের দাওয়াত দিবে ?? কে তাদের ঘরে-ঘরে গিয়ে তবলীগ করবে ?? তাদেরকে মসজিদে আনার,আল্লাহ'র দিকে ডাকার দায়িত্য কার ?? নিশ্চয় যারা মসজিদে সালাত আদায় করতে আসতে পারতেছে তাদের ??
মুসলমাদের জন্য হল ঈমানের দাওয়াত আর অমুসলীমদের জন্য কালীমার দাওয়াত ! বনী-ঈসরাইলের এক আবেদ ছিল ! আল্লাহ তায়ালা যখন গোটা এলাকা আযাব দ্বারা ধ্বংস করতে ফেরেস্তাদের পাঠালেন তখন সর্বপ্রথম তাকে আযাব দ্বারা পাকড়াও করলেন !
কারণ সে নিজে মসজিদে ইবাদত-বন্দেগি করতো অথচ তার জাতী অজ্ঞতা,পাপাচার আর যুলুম-অত্যাচারের রাজত্ব কায়েম করেছিল ! কিন্তু সে নিজে ইবাদতগার হলেও কাওকে সৎকাজের আদেশ বা অসৎ কাজে বাধা প্রদান করতো না ! ঐ সমস্ত লোক যে মসজিদে আসতেছেনা তার জন্য সে কখনও ফিকির করতোনা l এই জন্য আল্লাহ তায়ালা আজায প্রেরণ করে তাকেও পাকড়াও করলেন ! এই ছিল পূ্র্ববর্তি কওমের সাথে আল্লাহ তায়ালার মুয়ামেলা l
অথচ পূর্ববর্তি লোকদের উপর দাওয়াতের জিম্মাদারি ফরয ছিলনা ! চলতে ফিরতে উঠতে বসতে কিছু দাওয়াত হয়তো তারা দিয়ে থাকতো ! দাওয়াতের কাজে অবহেলা করায় তাদের সাথে যদি আল্লাহ তায়ালার এই ব্যাবহার হয়ে থাকে ? তাহলেতো এই উম্মতের উপর দাওয়াত এর কাজ কে ফরয করা হয়েছে ! এই কাজে অবহেলা কি আমাদের উপর তার চেয়েও ভয়াবহ শাস্তি নামিয়ে আনার জন্য যথেষ্ঠ না ?? হচ্ছেও তাই এই কাজকে ছেড়ে দেয়ার জন্য গোটাবিশ্বে মুসলমান আজ নির্যাতীত,নিপিড়িত অসহায় এক জাতী !
পূর্বের জমানার নবীদের ওপর দাওয়াতের জিম্মাদারি ছিল কিন্তু তাদের কওমের ওপর এই জিম্মাদারি বাদ্ধতামূলক ছিলনা l যদিও স্বল্প পরিসরে তারাও কিছু দাওয়াত এর কাজ করতো l নবীগন এসে তাদের এক কালেমার উপর উঠানোর মেহনত করেছেন আর কওমের লোকেরা তার উপর আমল করেগেছে l যেহেতু নবীদের সিলসীলা তখন জারী ছিল ! এক নবীর পর আরেক নবী এসে দওয়াতের জিম্মাদারি আদাহ করতো তাই তাদের কওমকে এই দায়িত্ব দেওয়া হয়নি l
কিন্তু আমাদের নবী যেহেতু শেষ নবী,এর পর আর কোন নবী আসবেনা তাই এই জিম্মারি নবীজি তার বিদায় হজ্বের সময় আমাদের দিয়েগেছেন l
নবীজি এরশাদ করেন -
রেফারেন্স - (১) তিনি বলেন, আমিই শেষ নবী আমার পর আর কোন নবী আসবেনা !
তিনি আরো বলেন -
রেফারেন্স - (২) আমার পক্ষ থেকে যদি একটি আয়াতও জানো তবে তা অপরের নিকট পৌছে দাও !
দায়াত এর কাজ নিষ্পাপ নবীদের কাজ ছিল l আর এই নবী ওয়ালা মেহন এই দায়িত্ব্যের কারনেই এই উম্মত এত দামি ! আল্লাহ তায়ালা সমস্ত কওমের উপর (নবীগন ব্যতীত) এই উম্মত কে শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব প্রদান করেছেন !
আল্লাহ তায়ালা পবিত্র কূরআনে এই উম্মতের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব ঘোষণা করে এরশাদ করেন l
রেফারেন্স - (৩) আল্লাহ তায়ালা সূরা আলে ইমরানের ১১০ নং আয়াতে এরশাদ করতেছেন -
“তোমরাই হলে সর্বোত্তম উম্মত, মানবজাতির কল্যানের জন্যেই তোমাদের উদ্ভব ঘটানো হয়েছে। তোমরা সৎকাজের আদেশ করবে ও অসৎ কাজে বাধা প্রদান করবে এবং আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান আনবে”। (আলে ইমরান ১১০).
উপরোক্ত আয়াতে শেষ্ঠ উম্মত বলে ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে এবং এই ইঙ্গিতে এর কারণও উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে যে,তোমরা 'আমর বিল-মারূফ ও নাহী আনীল-মুনকার' অর্থাৎ সৎ কাজের আদেশ ও অসৎ কাজের নিষেধ করিয়া থাকো !
রেফারেন্স - (৪) সূরা হা-মীন-সিজদাহ ৩৩ নং আয়াতে এরশাদ করেন -
ঐ কথার চাইতে উত্তম কথা আর কাহার হইতে পারে,যে মানুষকে আল্লাহ'র দিকে ডাকে এবং নেক আমল করে,এবং বলে যে নিশ্চয় আমি মুসলমানদের মধ্য হইতে একজন ! [সূরা হা-মীন-সিজদাহ আয়াত নং ৩৩]
মুফাস্সীরগণ লিখেছেন, কোন ব্যাক্তি যে কোন পন্থায় মানুষকে আল্লাহ'র দিকে ডাকবে সে উপরোক্ত আয়াতের সুসংবাদ ও প্রসংসার অন্তর্ভূক্ত হবে ! হতে পারে তা আম্বিয়ায়ে কেরাম (আঃ) মাজেযা দ্বারা,মুজাহিদগণের তরবারির দ্বারা,মুয়ায্যীনগনের আযানের দ্বারা বা ওয়াজ-নসীহত ও তাবলীগের দ্বারা ! মোট কথা যে কোন ব্যাক্তি কাউকে মঙ্গলের দিকে আহব্বান করবে সে উক্ত আয়াতের অন্তর্ভূক্ত হবে !
আমি নিজে নামাযি,মসজিদে আসতেছি,আমল করতেছি অথচ আমার পরিবারের দীনদ্বারির কি অবস্থা ? আমার আত্মীয়-স্বজন মহল্লাবাসী এছাড়া ত মানুষ আজ দীনকে ভূলে বদ্দিনির পিছনে ছুটতেছে ! আমিকি কখনো তাদের নামাযর দাওয়াত দিয়েছি,ইমানের দাওয়াত দিয়েছি ?? সৎ কাজের আদেশ ও অসৎ কাজে নিষেধ করেছি ??
আল্লাহ তাআলা বলেন :
হে ঈমানদারগণ, তোমরা নিজদেরকে ও তোমাদের পরিবার-পরিজনকে জাহান্নামের আগুন হতে বাঁচাও যার জ্বালানি হবে মানুষ ও পাথর’ (সূরা আত-তাহরীম : ৬)।
অথচ এটাতো একজন মুসলাম হিসেবে আমার নৈতিক দায়িত্য ! আমার উপর নবী কর্তৃক অর্পিত দায়িত্য !!
কারও ব্যাক্তিগত আমল নিয়ে কখনও সে কেয়ামতের দিন আল্লাহ'র সামনে দাড়াতে পারবেনা l শুধু ব্যাক্তিগত আমল নিয়ে সেদিন কেউ পার পাবেনা,প্রত্যেকে অবশ্যই সেই জিম্মাদারি সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসীত হবে যা তাকে দেওয়া হয়েছিল l কেউ নিজ পরিবারের জিম্মাদার,কেউ গোষ্ঠি,দল বা রাষ্ট্রের ! নিশ্চই প্রত্যকে নিজ নিজ জিম্মাারি সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসীত হবে l
হাদীসে এসেছে :
তোমাদের প্রত্যেকেই তত্ত্বাবধায়ক আর তোমাদের প্রত্যেককে তার অধিনস্তদের সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হবে' (বুখারী)।
এই জন্য ভাই নিজে নেক আমল করবো,ইমান ও আমল বানাবো এবং মানুষকে আল্লাহ'র দিকে ডাকবো ! আখেরি নবীর উম্মত হওয়ার কারনে উম্মতে মুহাম্মদি সর্বোচ্চ মর্যাদা ও শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের অধিকারী ! আর এই গূন সমূহের কারণ হল আমাদের উপর অর্পিত জিম্মাদারি ! এই মর্যাদা,সম্মান ও শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের কারণই হল নবীওয়ালা কাজ ! মানুষের দ্বারে দ্বারে বারে বারে গিয়ে দাওয়াত পৌছানো ! তাদেরকে জান্নাতের পথে ডাকা,আল্লাহ'র সাথে সম্পর্ক জুড়ে দেয়া !
এই কাজ প্রত্যেক আমবিয়ায়ে আসসালাতু আসলামগণের কাজ ,এই কাজ আখিরী নবীর কাজ,এই কাজ সাহাবী আজমাইনগনের কাজ . . . এই কাজ উম্মতের মুহাম্মদির প্রত্যেকের কাজ ! আপনার,আমার কাজ ! আর এই কাজকে আঞ্জাম দিয়ে আমাদের পূর্ববর্তিদের পথে চলার মধ্যেই সফলতা,কামিাবি, দুনিয়া এবং আখিরাতে !
রেফারেন্স - (৫) এই আমার পথ ! আমি আল্লাহ'র দিকে বুঝে সুঝে দাওয়াত দেই ,আমি এবং আমার অনুসারিরা ! আল্লাহ পবিত্র l আমি অংশীবাদীদের অন্তর্ভূক্ত নই !
[সূরা ইউসূফ আয়াত - ১০৮]
সবাই ইনশা আল্লাহ নিয়ত করি অন্তত ৩ দিন সময় দিয়ে এই কাজকে বুঝবো এবং তিন চিল্লাহ/৪ মাস সময় লাগিয়ে এই কাজকে শিখবো !এবং মউত পর্যন্ত এই কাজের সাথে লেগে থাকবো ! কার কার নিয়ত আছে ইনশা আল্লাহ ?? যাদের ৩ চিল্লাহ হয়নি তারা তিন চিঃ নিয়ত করি এবং যাদের তিন চিল্লাহ হইছে তারা বিদেশ সফরের জন্য নিয়ত করি !
আল্লাহ আমাদের সবাইকে কবুল করুন ! জান,মাল,সময় নিয়ে আল্লাহ'র রাস্তায় বের হবার তৌফিক দান করুন ! ( আমিন ) . . .

It is not unfair to remind one of his duty when he is lethargic to carry it on. Nor is it wrong to make one feel his responsibility when he has failed to shoulder the same.
That is what is actually being done among other organisations, by the Tablighi Jamaat in the cause of Allah. It is purely a religious organisation. It shuns politics and is allergic to communalism. It is a mobile school where the teacher and the taught are alike. Its, modus-operandi is through a highly disciplined and well organised Jamaat under a systematic programme. A programme that has appealing character. Through Hadiths the importance of this mission could be traced.
To quote an instance, it so happened, once the Holy Prophet Mohammed (P.B.U.H.) bade Hazrath Maaz (R.A.) one of his sahaba (Companions) to set out on journey to a far-off place to preach Islam. The latter was a bit hesitant to go, not because he was disobeying the Holy Prophet but because his ambition was to be nearer to the Holy Prophet as the Prophet was ailing at that time.
Sensing this, the Holy Prophet told him that the more distance he travels in the cause of Allah, the nearer he will be to the Holy Prophet in Paradise. No sooner did he hear this than he set off on his mission.
| The present movement of Tabligh was started by the late Maulana Mohammed Ilyas Sahib and after him it was sincerely persued by his son Maulana Mohammad Yusuf Sahib, widely known as Hazratji. The same is now under the guidance of Maulana Inamul Hasan of Khandla, Muzaffar Nagar district.As already said the work of Tabligh is carried through a systematic programme. For administrative convenience there will be regional centres (marakiz) to chalk out various programmes of the Tablighi work such as selecting places, convenient dates for holding ljtemas (congregations) to arrange Jamaats from different placesTASHKEELThis is a Meeting between Ameer-e-Jamaat (Head) and the active workers. They discuss, select and settle the places where the Tablighi work is necessary. They draw up their further programme of fixing Ijtema and Khusoosi Mulaqaat (Contacting special invitees).WORKINGBefore a Jamaat sets out on Tablighi work, generally after offering Namaz-e-Asar they sit in the Mosque, make an appeal to those present to participate in the gashth, (Perambulation in preaching work). Afterwards, selection of the following three personnel will be made from among them.(1) Ameer: He shall preferably be a learned person able to lead the Jamaat in a disciplined manner. All the participants in the `gasht’, should abide by his instructions. (2) Rahbar: He is one who knows the locality and locals where the missionary work is to be done.(3)Mutakallim: (Speaker) He has to speak to the person whom the Rahbar introduces. After so arranging, the Jamaat sets out on work after praying to Allah in all humility to make their effort in His way a success.They go in streets, bazaars, shops and houses duly observing all rules of discipline. They keep to the left. They keep their eyes downcast. When the speaker speaks to the persons introduced by the ‘Rahbar’ the other participants recite ‘Kalitna’ silently surrounding him., The Mutakallim first influences his brother-in-faith by renewing the bondage of universal brotherhood, inherited through Kalima-eTayyaba and then reminds him of his duties and responsibilities as a Muslim and invites him to follow the Jamaat or at least to participate in the religious discourses in the local Mosque. Before the Jamaat sets out on gasht they leave a few workers in the mosque to engage those who come for prayers through Kitabi-jaleem (Book reading).Shab-Guzari: It is a call to the Muslims to have a change in their mode of day-to-day life. They are expected to take their night’s supper to the local mosque, in the company of others and spend the night in the salubrious climate of the mosque.Ijtema: Often a huge congregation will be held in important places. Here Muslims from all over India ..and foreign countries, too, assemble and hear to the discourses on Islam.After conclusion of the Ijtema different Jamaats will be arranged to work in different places according to the necessity.Chilla: This is the most important item of the Tablighi work. It is a course of 40-days duration prescribed for a Muslim to spend in the cause of Allah at least once in his life, by which time he moulds himself into the correct way of life as is expected of him as a Muslim.At a time when brothers of our own faith are far from the realities of their own religion, work of the above type is quite useful.The work aims at washing out the rust deposited on the hearts of Muslims if any due to earthly temptations and again bring back the same to its original stage of glittering. The way the workers, leaving all sorts of comforts at home set out on the missionary work carrying their own beds provisions and utensils, poorly but cleanly clad is really a sight that attracts attention. Alhamdullilahi Rabbil A`l amin.Nahmaduhu Wa Nusallee ala Rasoolehil Karim Amma Baad- Beloved brothers, elders and companions
(Importance:) Allah Ta’barak Ta’ala created this universe, sun, moon, stars, mountains, rivers, trees, fruits, foods, drinks, animals of endless series and species as well as other things. All these have been created for the benefits of human beings whereas human beings have been created for Deen-i-Islam i.e for E-badat, obeying the commandments of Allah subhanahoo Ta’ala and seek his pleasure.
The aim and purpose of creation of the whole Being is to establish Deen in the mankind. Deen is the basic and fundamental thing. Deen is just like a soul in the body of the world, if the soul exists, the body can work and move, If the soul vanishes the body and a stone are just alike. It can neither work nor move.In the same sense, if Deen exists in the world, the whole system will work properly and if Deen vanishes, Allah Jalla Sanuhoo will roll back the world wrapping up the whole Being and declaring Qiyamat, So “Deen” is the cause of creation and maintaining the world.
What is “Deen”? “Deen” is the injunction of Allah Tabarak Ta’ala and Tarika of Ambia (A.S). “Deen” has come into existence through Ghust- Da’waa, i.e. calling the people towards Allah Jallah Sanuhoo. The Almighty Allah says: ومن احسن قولاممن دعاالي الله و عمل صالحا و قال انني من المسلمين“And whose words can be better than his, who calls (people) towards Allah, and perform good deeds, and says, I am one of those who are muslims (Ha-meem, Sajda) For this, hundreds and hundreds of Ambia’s (A.S) i.e.Nabi-Rasul had been sent in different parts of the world in different ages. Hadrath Adam, Nooh, Zakaria, Ibrahim, Moosa, Essa (A.W.S) are a few of them. All of them had nothing to do other than to do.Ghust–Da’waa door to door of the peoples, they all called the peoples towards Kalima-لااله الالله “Laa-i-laha i llallah ” i.e to accept the oneness of Almighty Allah and obey his commandments so that they (people) may be success in Duniya and there- after Akhirat. Akhir, Allah Jallah Sanuhoo sent our Holy prophet Muhammadur Rasulullah (S.A.W.S) towards the whole mankind and till Qiyamath (Days of resurrection)
Ghust-Da’waa (Jaula) is walking door to door with Da’waa, i.e. to call the people towards The Almighty Allah Jalla Sanuhoo. It is most important and un-avoidable one for the establishment and survival as well as propagation of “Deen” in Duniya. Rasulullah (S.A.W.S) gave Da”waa to the peoples of Mecca day and night towards Allah. He (S.A.W.S) would walk in the streets, go to the markets and say, “O people Kuloo Laa-i-laha Illallahu tooflehoo. “ He would go to the doors of the people, knock them and invite them towards Islam. Similarly, he would visit the tents at Meena to the people coming from outside of Mecca for Hajj. Sahaba –I-Kiram followed the same path of Rasulullah (S.A.W.S) and did Ghust –Da’waa sometimes jointly in a Jamat and sometimes alone. However, Deen has come into existence and is living in different parts throughout the world, due to constant and repeated Ghust –Da’waa for obeying the commandments of Allah Ta’ala in the Tarika of Rasulullah (S.A.W.S).
(Kurbani, Sacrifice of Prophets:) Allah Ta’ala sent Ambia (A.S) in every time and age to establish and propagate Deen-I-Islam in different corners of the world. They did Ghust and gave Da’waa to the people of their areas. A few from each nation (Kaom) in every age accepted this Kalimaلااله الالله “ Laa-i-laha Illallah”. But disbelieved and opposed by the majority. The disbelievers resisted the Ambia (A.S) strongly. Ambia (A.S) had to struggle and tried their level best with body, soul, wealth property etc. whatever they had to establish Deen in their areas. Some of the Ambias (A.S) were expelled from their homeland, Someone was thrown into fire. Some were bitten inhumanly, tortured and even martyred. After the death of Nabi/Rasul, Ghust Da’waa had been stopped in that area. As a result, Deen had gone away from the hearts of the believers, all became disbelievers. For example, because of Ghust-Da’waa of Hadrath Ibrahim and Ismail(A.S) Deen- i- Islam had been established in Mecca. After the death of both prophets Ghust-Da’waa was stopped, people forgot their Deen-i-Islam gradualy, and disbelieved about Almighty power and Oneness of Allah Tabarak Tala. They brought 360 idles in the Holy Ka`ba and all of them became idle worshiper, Kafir as a whole.
Lastly our prophet Hadrath Mohammad (S.A.W.S) was sent to Mecca for whole of the world as a last prophet. All peoples of Mecca refused him strongly, except a few. The peoples of Mecca teased him, opposed him seriously. They tortured him inhumanly and pressed him hardly to give up Ghust-Da’waa. But Rasulullah (S.A.W.S) courageously replied, “I have been sent only for this work of Ghust-Da’waa. Either Deen will be established in Duniya or I will be perished”.
He travelled to Taif and did Ghust to three leaders of the clan separately and placed before each of them the message of Allah and called them towards Him. But they refused to listen him and treated him most contemptuously and rudely. They told Rasulullah (S.A.W.S) to leave their town. When he was returning back to his house, they set the street urchins after him to hiss, to hoot, to jeer and to stone him. He was so much pelted at with stones that his whole body was covered with blood and his shoes were clogged to his feet. He left the town in the woeful plight. When he was far out of the locality and safe from rable, he complained to Allah for his feebleness of strength, prayed for more strength to please Almighty Allah and hoped that there will be persons from among their progeny who will do Ebadat of Allah and serve His cause. Sahaba-I-Kiram Hadrath AbuBakar, Omar, Usman Ali, Billal, Khabbab, Abu Zar, and so forth (R.A) were also ill-treated because of Da`waa of Deen and suffered a unbelievable torture in the same manner as the prophets and their companions had been in the past.Ghust-Da’waa is the backbone of Deen. Deen will not be living if there is no Ghust-Da’waa. And if there is no Deen, Duniya will not survive.
Ghust-Da’waa is called Ummul (mother) of all Amal.
There is peace, tranquility and success of mankind in Deen as like as peace and happiness of fish in water.
Benefits of Ghust-Da’waa:
- Whoever spends one morning or evening in the path of Allah, his rewards will be much better than the whole world and whatever is in it.
- Anyone whosefeet are covered with dust in the path of Allah, the fire of Jahannam will never touch them.
- Whoever spends a while in the path of Allah it will be better than salaat of 60 years performed at home.
- One word on the path of Allah Ta’ala is better than Nafl Ebadat for one year. ( Mukashafatul Kulub Part 1)
- Hadith heard by Abu Bakar (R.A) that whoever puts one step in the path of Allah Ta’ala. will be rewarded by 700 boons, forgiven 700 sins and his position will be raised at Jannah by 700 times.
- Waiting little while in the path of Allah is better than Ebadat whole night in Lailatul Quadar in front of Hazre Aswad at Ka`ba in Mecca.
- However there is no alternative of Ghust for maintaining Deen and correct our Deeds. But who will do it?
Rasulullah (S.A.W.S) is the last and best Nabi, there is no Nabi/ Rasul after him.Allah Ta’ala has choosen us as the best Ummat and given the responsibilites to do Ghust- Dawaa till the Day of Qiamat.The highway marked by Allah Subhanahoo Ta’ala is that; قل هده سبيلى ادعوا الى الله على بصيره انا ومن اتبعنى
“O Muhammad (S.A.W.S) say(the peaple that) this is my path and I invite you towards Allah Ta’ala Knowingly.I and my followers too.” (sura: Yousuf-108)
So it is the responsibility of all Muslim till Qiamat to do Ghust-Dawaa to call the people for obeying the commandments of Allah Ta’ala in the Tarika of Rasulullah so that everyone may be successful in life in Duniya and Akhirat.
Sahaba-i-kiram realised and believed it from the core of their hearts.They gave a lot of sacrifices.They spent whole lives for the sacred cause.They left homes, property, children, everythings for unknown parts of the world, ate leaves walked bare-footed,tolarated troubles and all calamities for establishing and living Deen by dint of this sacred cause(as like as Diamond) they have been successful in lives.
Allah Jalla Sanuhoo has been kind to us to put us on the path of practical call and bless us to come out for His sacred cause and Graced us to sit in the environment where the whole thinking is carried out, how to make the Deen living and flourishing. Now we go to our Muslim brothers in general, door to door so that Deen will come into our bodies,homes,families, societies, states, countries and all over the world.Are we all ready to shoulder this noble job like Diamond’ now?
Adab/ Tartib of Umumi Ghust:Every Jihad, has its own manner, Ghust, being a Jihad has also its Adabs/ Manners.If we observe those adabs, we shall get all the benefits of Ghust-Da’waa.Some of those are:
1. One Jamat consisting of 3 to 10 brothers including one” Rahbar” from the locality. One “Mutakallim”, one “Jimedar” and some others as “Mamoor”will go outside of Masjid to call the local general Muslim for participating in “Mozakara” held in the Masjid.2. Another jamat will remain inside the Masjid. Out of them one brother will talk about “Iman and Eakin” and other will listen to him attentively.One will do Zikr and another brother will do ‘Estikbal’ to those who will come from outside the Masjid.
3. The Jamat for Ghust will make Du’waa outside the Masjid and go door to door of the locality by walking on the right side of a street.4. All of the Jamat, except ‘Rahbar’ keep their eyes down, do not look here and there and will not talk with each other.5. When the Jamat will walk Ma’moors do Zikr in their tongue and ponder about Deen in the heart. When Mutakallim will give Da’waa to any brother, Zikr will be stopped at that time, all will listen to the Mutakallim. No Mamoor will speak anything. If any, Jimedar can speak.6. During the Umumi Ghust, nobody of the Jamat will enter in any shop or house whatever, nor stand in front of the gate, window, door of the house etc.7. When the Jamat will meet and talk with Muslim. It is important to consider him to be better than any brother of this Jamat.8. Rahbar from locality will take this Jamat door to door, knock the door up to three times. If any brother comes out, he will introduce him to the mutakallim.9. Mutakallim on behalf of the Jamat will talk about Tauhid( Greatness and oneness of the Almighty Allah). the Resalaat of Rasulullah (S.A.W.S) and Akhirat i.e about the life after death (in brief) and give him Da’waa to come the Mosjid cash.10.Zimedar of the Jamat will take care of the Jamat, help the Mutakallim and others, If any, he will guide the Jamat.11. When the time will over or the area will be covered Jamat will come back with Istegfar straight to the Masjid and sit all of them where talk about Iman and Eakin will continue.
Talk in Umumi Da’waa (Subjects:a) Tauheedb) Resalaatc) AkhiratDa’waa maybe for example:)Assalamuwalaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.بسم الله الرحمن الرحيمAlhamdulillah,we some brothers from different parts, have come to the Masjid of your locality to meet you in respect of Deen-i- Islam. You and we are all Muslims by dint of Kalima لااله الالله محمد رسول الله Laa- i-laha Illallahu Muhammadur Rasulullah.
Now we are brothers each other because of this Kalima. Allah Ta’ala is Wahid (one) he has no Sharik (Partner). He got almighty power. None can do anything but Allah Tabarak Ta’ala. He can do everything whatever He wishes. He has created us. Gives us Rizk (Food Cloth whatever we need) wealth, family, Hayat (life) Maut (death) etc. He is our Rob (Sustainer). Mohammad (S.A.W.S) is our Rasul ( his messanger). Allah Ta’ala sent him with the information about Akhirat, Quranul Karim revealed on him. We must have to leave this temporary world and go to our permanent shelter Akhirat. We need peace and success in the life of Akhirat also in Duniya. Peace and success lies in obeying the commandments of Almighty Allah in the Tarika of Mohammadur Rasululah (S.A.W.S). We obey but not fully due to our Naafs.
How can this finds its our way in our lives? How can we achieve success?
It requires strong efforts and Mujahida. For this purpose important talks are taking place in the Masjid.If you spend a little time in the Masjid,You will be benefitted.
